Small items, up to a maximum of three on any one order, will be delivered using 48-hour courier. Items that fall in to this category generally include Bedside Tables, Telephone Tables and Lamp Tables amongst a few other items. You will be able to see on the product page of each individual item whether it is eligible for 48-Hour Delivery. If more than three small items are present on one order it will become a Store-Fulfilled 2-Man Delivery. Orders will be delivered by either Interlink or Parcelforce and on the morning of delivery you will receive an email and text message from the delivery company advising a one-hour time slot for the delivery.

Return for any reason within 14 days

Anybody that purchases from our website or our stores is able to return their items for any reason whatsoever and receive a full refund for the item/s if we’re informed within 14 days of delivery. Measured up wrong? Decided you don’t like the item? It doesn’t matter. What matters is that we’ll get the issue resolved because ultimately customer satisfaction is paramount and we want to leave a positive lasting impression.

If the order was placed within one of our stores and was collected, it is your responsibility to return the item to the store. If the item was delivered, we will arrange a collection for you. In the event that a delivery charge was applied to the order please note that we are unable to refund this.
All we ask is that the item/s are returned in their original packaging, preferably in good condition.
