If you order multiple items and/or the items are not all eligible for 48-Hour Delivery, the delivery will be fulfilled by your nearest store (either Irthlingborough, Northampton or Bristol). As a result of this delivery will be swift, within 5-10 days of the order being placed. You will be contacted by your local store to discuss a suitable delivery date, so you'll know exactly when the item is going to arrive. You will be given a date, approximate time and you can also request to be contacted when our delivery drivers are on their way. Items are taken to the room of your choosing as standard. All that we ask is that any potential hazards or issues are highlighted at the point of sale and that all attempts are made to allow our delivery drivers hassle-free entry into your home.

Anybody that purchases from our website or our stores is able to return their items for any reason whatsoever and receive a full refund for the item/s if we’re informed within 14 days of delivery. Measured up wrong? Decided you don’t like the item? It doesn’t matter. What matters is that we’ll get the issue resolved because ultimately customer satisfaction is paramount and we want to leave a positive lasting impression.
If the order was placed within one of our stores and was collected, it is your responsibility to return the item to the store. If the item was delivered, we will arrange a collection for you. In the event that a delivery charge was applied to the order please note that we are unable to refund this. All we ask is that the item/s are returned in their original packaging, preferably in good condition.
